產(chǎn)品介紹This gene is a member of the M-phase phosphoprotein (MPP) family. The gene encodes a phosphoprotein with a J domain and a Myb DNA-binding domain which localizes to both the nucleus and the cytosol. The protein is capable of forming a heterodimeric complex that associates with ribosomes, acting as a molecular chaperone for nascent polypeptide chains as they exit the ribosome. This protein was identified as a leukemia-associated antigen and expression of the gene is upregulated in leukemic blasts. Also, chromosomal aberrations involving this gene are associated with primary head and neck squamous cell tumors. This gene has a pseudogene on chromosome 6. Alternatively spliced variants which encode different protein isoforms have been described. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008]

標(biāo)記方式（偶聯(lián)物）

偶聯(lián)物從最終的圖像采集來分可分為白光和熒光；

常見白光偶聯(lián)物有：Biotin生物素、HRP辣根過氧化物酶、AKP堿性磷酸酶。

常見熒光偶聯(lián)物有：Fitc、Cy3、Cy5、AF488、AF555、AF647；

注意現(xiàn)在常用的偶聯(lián)物是偶聯(lián)在二抗上的，但是一抗的選擇決定了能不能用于某種偶聯(lián)物的

應(yīng)用種屬

接著根據(jù)你的實驗樣本來選擇一抗，通常一抗的適用種屬都有三種Mouse、Rat、Human，但有的適用于其中一種或兩種，看清楚了，這將決定你的實驗的成敗。

來源種屬

通常一抗的來源種屬有Rabbit和Mouse，二抗的來源種屬有山羊和驢。

這里要注意的是避免種屬間的交叉反應(yīng)造成的假陽性，比如樣本是小鼠的，一抗盡量用兔抗，不要用鼠抗，不然山羊抗小鼠二抗有可能會和樣本中的某些蛋白發(fā)生非特異性反應(yīng)，進而造成假陽性。

克隆號、表位

篩選到這里已經(jīng)能排除掉很大一部分抗體了，如果不是有特殊的需求，到這里就可以從篩結(jié)果里隨意的選擇了。
